How to make curry chicken and roti

  • CURRIED CHICKEN

  • 3
    lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (cut into bit size pieces)
  • 1 bulb of garlic (or more if you desire)
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 14 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 14 teaspoon turmeric
  • 14 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds (grounded)
  • 2 -3 ounces curry powder (suit to your taste or color)
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube (if you'd like to salt your curry)
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 eggplant

  • ROTI
  • 4 cups flour
  • hot water
  • 14 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon salt
